πͺ΅ EVENT 1 β Axle or Log FTOH for reps
Rules: 60 second time limit. Accumulate the most amount of reps on either axle or log. Can go back and forth as needed. Log is heavier and 2 reps count for every 1 rep.
Implements must start from the floor every rep.
Arms must be fully locked, feet in line β Must wait for the down signal and be controlled down for the rep to count (within reason).
All types of cleans and presses allowed (e.g. belt cleans, push press, push jerk, split jerk, viper)
All sleeves and wrist straps allowed.

π₯ EVENT 2 β Axle deadlift for reps
Rules: 60 second time limit. Can start strapped. Hips fully locked out and shoulders back. Must wait for the down signal. No touch n go (will be disallowed!). No sumo.
All straps, belts & chalk allowed. No suits. No baby oil.

π¦ EVENT 3 β Duck walk into farmers (60 sec time cap)
Rules: Can begin hands on. Duck walk implement to be carried 15m. At the other end, farmers to be picked up and carried back down 15m.
Both implements must fully cross the line β NO SLIDING, EDGING OR THROWING (time penalties will be given for this!)
Fastest time wins β 60 second time cap. If not completed distance will be measured.
All chalk allowed but no straps and no tacky.
Drops allowed.

WN β 70kg duck walk & 55kg farmers
MN β 110kg duck walk & 90kg farmers
MI β 130kg duck walk & 110kg farmers
π¨ EVENT 4 β Zercher yoke carry steeple chase
Rules: The yoke must be carried in a Zercher hold for 15m. Athletes must then run back to the start line, grab a sandbag and carry it back to load over the yoke. The yoke is then Zercher carried 15m back to the original start line. Athletes will make one final sprint back for the sandbag and load it over the yoke again.
You may choose your yoke height- but choose wiselyβ¦ π
75 sec time cap β fastest time wins or distance will be measured.
Drops allowed.

MN β 120kg yoke & 80kg sandbag
MI β 150kg yoke & 110kg sandbag
πͺπΌEVENT 5 β Sandbag to shoulder
Rules: 60 second time limit. Sandbag starts on the floor. Athlete must pick the sandbag up and clean it to one shoulder. Opposite hand fully released and stabilised for rep to count. Must wait for the down signal. Sandbag must return to the floor after every completed rep.
